본 연구의 목적은 청소년 자녀를 둔 부와 모가 지각한 원부모의 조건부 관심과 자아분화가 양육효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 청소년 자녀를 둔 부 206명, 모 248명의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 설문지를 통해 주요 변인의 성별에 따른 차이를 살펴보고, 변인 간 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 원부모의 조건부 관심과 자아분화 수준의 차이가 유의하게 나타났다. 원부모의 조건부 관심은 부의 평균점수가 높았고, 자아분화는 모의 평균점수가 높게 나타났다. 양육효능감은 성별에 따른 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 청소년 자녀를 둔 부와 모가 지각한 원부모의 조건부 관심 강화와 양육효능감간에 유의한 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 원부의 조건부 관심 철회와 부의 양육효능감 간에는 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 자아분화와 양육효능감 간에는 유의한 정적상관이 있었다. 셋째, 청소년 자녀를 둔 부와 모가 지각한 원모의 조건부 관심 강화와 자아분화가 양육효능감에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변인으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 청소년 자녀를 둔 부와 모의 경우 원모의 조건부 관심에 대해 탐색해 볼 필요가 있으며, 자아분화 수준을 높인다면 양육효능감을 향상시킬 수 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of grandparental conditional regard and self-differentiation on parenting efficacy of adolescent’s parents. For this purpose, 206 fathers and 248 mothers of adolescents responded to the questionnaires. For the analysis of the collected data, t-test, correlation analysis and standard multiple regression analysis were performed. The result of this study is as follows. First, there were significant differences in grandparental conditional regard and self-differentiation by gender. Second, there were significant negative correlations between grandparental conditional positive regard and parenting efficacy, but there were significant positive correlations between grandparental conditional negative regard and father’s parenting efficacy. Also there were significant positive correlations between self-differentiation and parenting efficacy. Third, grandmaternal conditional positive regard and self-differentiation had the significant influence on parenting efficacy. These findings suggest that it is necessary to deal with grandmaternal conditional regard for adolescent’s parents and enhancing the level of self-differentiation can improve their parenting efficacy.
