Medical education: Student’s assessment about internship

Abstract
Learning assessment is one of the biggest challenges that education institutions and teachers face in their daily work, especially those in Higher Education in Health and among these, those who are responsible for the development of medical courses. To analyze the students' perception about the evaluation of the internship in the sixth year of medicine. Qualitative research based on Hermeneutics-Dialectics. Seventeen assessment instruments completed by sixth-year medical students from a college in the interior of São Paulo, Brazil, which develops active learning, were analyzed in 2017. From the analysis of the data obtained, two analytical categories emerged: factors that enhance the learning and factors that hinder learning. Priorities were given consecutively: the didactic ability of the teacher, organization of the internship and the multiplicity of learning scenarios, but at the same time the disorganization of the internships, the absence and the lack and prepare of some teachers. From the data presented and the dimension of the analysis organized by Hermeneutics-Dialectic, this result presents the perception of synthesis and antithesis.
