초록

Even though the high level of unemployment, small and medium enterprises have suffered from the paradoxical phenomena of ‘labor shortage among job seeking’, especially in the field of small and medium enterprises. As a solution for such problems, improvement of each person capability through the employment education is becoming important issue. However, many employment education training are only suitable for large enterprises, thus on-the-job training systems for small and medium enterprises undergo various difficulties. What makes on-the-job training system for the small and medium businesses challenging is that each personnel implements multiple roles, so the tasks would stop if each personnel is absent. Furthermore, the training system itself is sometimes not suitable for the companies. In other words, the training systems for small and medium enterprises have environmental problems. Consequently, this research tries to have small and medium enterprises widespread knowledge themselves and to suggest the training systems focusing on the on-the-job training which is suitable for the environments of small and medium enterprises.
