초록

(Background and Purpose) Visual perception is the largest part of human five senses in the park's users' perception of space. Relying on sight, turning perception into a different sense. For users to be perceived as visually comfortable and stable parks, physical environmental conditions that are consistent with a fixed perceptual structure for a fundamentally internalized sense of stability in humans should be realised and made a basic condition of the plan. The purpose of this study is to provide a framework for design that forms a landscape environment by revealing the characteristics of planning for the formation of psychological stability and new social relationships among users to the users of linear waterfront parks. (Method) Understanding the characteristics of the linear waterfront and the biological structure of human being accommodated by visual perception, analyze the case by organizing detailed factors in physical, social and psychological aspects as psychological principles based on human evolutionary history. Through this, a plan characteristic that supports a view environment based on human evolutionary history is recognized as a preferred environment by users, along with a plan method for creating a linear waterfront park is presented. (Results) First, the physical prospect environment in a linear waterfront has become a spectacle of the elements that make up the natural landscape of the waterfront, the artificial elements that are new experiences that are not seen in everyday life, and the activities of people and the joyful expressions. Secondly, regarding social prospect, the place with things to see becomes a place for staying, where supporting facilities are installed, and various and positive optical experiences are available due to open prospect axis. Thirdly for psychological prospect, preventing crimes and offering comfort could be the biggest reason to remember it as a waterfront park that they want to visit more, where its safe use is secured. In preparing a place where visitors including those who want to spend his or her own time, its physical environment formed a hiding spatial structure where one can see the overall landscape but not be exposed to others. However, such spatial structure is at risk of producing a place that is shutdown but surrounding public space, so is lowly reflected in each case study, (Conclusions) To plan a comfortable and stable park, it is necessary to establish a linear waterfront plan through a diversified review of factors that are consistent with a fixed perceptual structure for a fundamentally internalized sense of stability in humans.
