본 연구의 목적은 청소년 자녀를 둔 어머니의 자녀-수반 자기가치감이 자녀에 대한 심리적 통제에 미치는 영향에서 자녀 관련 스트레스와 분노의 이중매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 온라인 설문조사를 통해 청소년 자녀를 둔 어머니 294명의 자료를 수집하고, 기술통계, Pearson의 상관관계분석, SPSS Macro Process를 활용한 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 청소년 자녀를 둔 어머니의 자녀-수반 자기가치감, 자녀 관련 스트레스 및 분노는 자녀에 대한 심리적 통제와 각각 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년 자녀를 둔 어머니의 자녀-수반 자기가치감이 자녀에 대한 심리적 통제에 미치는 영향에서 자녀 관련 스트레스와 분노가 각각 개별매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년 자녀를 둔 어머니의 자녀-수반 자기가치감이 자녀에 대한 심리적 통제에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 자녀 관련 스트레스와 분노는 순차적인 이중매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the dual mediating effect of child-related stress and anger on the relationship between maternal child-based worth and maternal psychological control over adolescent children. Data were collected through an online survey from 294 mothers with adolescent children and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and SPSS Macro Process. The main findings of the study are as follows. First, for mothers with adolescents, maternal child-based worth, child-related stress and anger showed significant positive correlations with maternal psychological control over adolescent children, respectively. Second, child-related stress and anger were found to have individual mediating effects on the relationship between maternal child-based worth and maternal psychological control over adolescent children, respectively. Third, child-related stress and anger were found to have sequential dual mediating effects in the pathway where maternal child-based worth affect the maternal psychological control over adolescent children.
