본 연구는 회복탄력성의 개념과 하위요인을 재정립하고 국내 청소년을 대상으로 하는 타당한 측정도구를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2018년 4월부터 1개월간의 설문조사를 통해 수도권 중·고등학생 641명의 응답을 분석에 사용하였다. 회복탄력성에 대한 선행연구 검토와 국내외 기존 검사에 대한 현황을 조사하고 한계점을 보완하여 본 검사의 하위요인을 구성하였다. 내용전문가의 검토를 거처 감정조절, 공감, 관계성, 문제해결력, 원인해석, 자기효능감, 낙관성, 끈기, 8개의 하위요인을 도출하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 문제해결력과 원인해석을 한 요인으로 합친 7요인 구조가 지지되었으며, 확인적 요인분석에서도 7요인 모형이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. CD-RISC 및 각 하위요인별 타 검사와 회복탄력성의 상관분석을 통해 준거타당도를 확인하였으며, 성별 및 학교급별 구인동등성 검증을 통해 교차타당도를 확인하였다. 마지막으로 청소년 회복탄력성 검사개발의 의의와 후속연구에 대한 제안을 논의하였다.

The purposes of the present study were to refine the concepts of resilience and its sub-factors and to develop a measurement tool for adolescents. For this purpose, middle- and high-school students were surveyed. Based on extensive reviews on previous theoretical studies on resilience and existing domestic and international tests, this study criticized current limitations and proposed sub-dimensions of resilience. Exploratory factor analysis results showed that a seven-factor solution was satisfactory: emotional control, sympathy, relationship, problem solving, self-efficacy, optimism, and persistence. In confirmatory factor analysis, the 7-factor model also showed a good fit. Criterion validity was confirmed through correlation analysis using CD-RISC and other equivalent tests for each factor. The cross validity was confirmed by construct equivalency test across gender and the grade levels. Finally, implications of the development of the youth resilience test and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
