- (1)
- Research respondents perceived old age positively, albeit at a rather low level. It is necessary to review social policies aimed at changing attitudes toward old age.
- (2)
- Actions need to be undertaken aiming at raising self-esteem levels in Polish senior citizens. Moreover, available financial, social and psychological resources from the government and community organizations should all be used to this end.
