A Corrigendum on

Incorrect Affiliation

In the published article, there was an error in the affiliations. Author Diego Arancibia was incorrectly given the affiliation ‘Escuela de Salud Pública, Facultad de Medicina, Universidad de Chile, Santiago, Chile', instead of the correct ‘Instituto de Investigación y Postgrados, Facultdad de Salud, Universidad Central de Chile, Santiago, Chile'. Author Rubén Alvarado was incorrectly given the affiliation ‘Escuela de Medicina, Facultad de Medicina, Universidad de Chile, Santiago, Chile', instead of the correct ‘Department of Public Health, School of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Universidad de Valparaiso, Valparaiso, Chile'.

The authors apologise for these errors and state that they do not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The original article has been updated.
