ANİ İŞİTME KAYIPLI HASTALARDA RUTİN HEMOGRAM İÇİNDEKİ İNFLAMATUAR MARKIRLARIN PROGNOZA ETKİSİ

Öz

Bu çalışma; ani işitme kayıplı (AİK) hastaların hemogram sonuçlarının hastalığın derecesi ve prognozuna etkisini değerlendirmektedir. Çalışmaya, 2015-2020 yılları arasında kliniğimizde AİK tanısı konulan 325 hastanın 70’i dâhil edildi. Hastaların tedavi öncesindeki rutin hemogram parametreleri ve işitme testleri incelendi. Hastalar ile benzer özelik taşıyan sağlıklı bireylerden kontrol gurubu oluşturuldu. Hastalar işitme kaybı derecesi kaybına göre de 3 guruba ayrıldı. Çalışmamızda; hemoglobin, trombosit hacmi (MPV), platelet, nötrofil, nötrofil lenfosit oranı (NLO) ve platelet lenfosit oranı (PLO), platelet x nötrofil / lenfosit (PxN/L) değerleri karşılaştırıldı. AİK’lı gurup ile kontrol gurubu arasında hemoglobin, nötrofil, lenfosit, MPV, PLO, NLO, PxN/Ldeğerleri açısından istatiksel fark saptandı. Hastalığın tanı aşamasında yapılan rutin ve ucuz bir tetkik ile AİK tanısında ve prognozunda bu parametreler yeni bir belirteç olarak kullanılabilir.

Effect of Inflammatory Markers in Routine Hemogram on Prognosis in Patients with Sudden Hearing Loss

Öz

This study evaluates the effect of hemogram results on the degree and prognosis of patients with sudden hearing loss (SHL). 70 of 325 patients diagnosed with SHL in our clinic between 2015-2020 were included in the study. Routine hemogram parameters and hearing tests of the patients before treatment were examined. A control group was formed from healthy individuals with similar characteristics. The patients were divided into 3 groups according to the degree of hearing loss. In our study, hemoglobin, mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet, neutrophil, neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet lymphocyte ratio (PLR), platelet x neutrophil / lymphocyte (PxN/L) values were compared. Statistical difference was found between the group with SHL and the control group in terms of hemoglobin, neutrophil, lymphocyte, MPV, PLO, NLO, PxN/L values. These parameters can be used as a new marker in the diagnosis and prognosis of SHL with a routine and inexpensive test performed at the diagnosis stage of the disease.
