Abstract

In order to direct the human resource, which is considered as the most important resource in providing competitive advantage in enterprises, in order to achieve organizational goals, business employees should be trusted in the organization and should be involved in various activities that increase their job satisfaction. Trust is an extremely important factor for maintaining human relationships. Job satisfaction, on the other hand, is the result of the positive mood of the employees based on their job or experience at work, pleasure from the job and attitude towards the job. In this direction, the purpose of the research is; To examine the variables of organizational trust and job satisfaction and to determine whether there is a significant relationship between these variables. In this context, a data services company with 302 employees in the survey technique in Turkey's Erzincan locations were obtained. SPSS 17 package program was used in the application part of the study. Correlation analysis, regression analysis, Independent Sample T test and One-Way Anova Test were used to evaluate the data. According to the analysis; A positive significant relationship was found between organizational trust and job satisfaction. In terms of demographic factors, organizational trust and job satisfaction differ significantly according to gender, marital status, age and education level, while there is no significant difference according to the duration of work. As a result, it has been revealed that organizational trust has a positive relationship on job satisfaction.
