This study focuses on the operation situation and implementation process of comprehensive facility management (CFM) in Akashi city, Hyogo prefecture. The implementation process of CFM in Akashi city might be divided into 3 process including Pre-examination, Policy decision and Project launch. Attentive prior explanation for stakeholders and cross-sector cooperation might be considered as the most important factor for the success of CFM. This study considers that CFM actually has huge effect on cost reduction and effectivity on repair affairs based on the achievement data analysis as well as questionnaire survey for staffs of first year of CFM in Akashi city.
