Journal of Contemporary Physics (Armenian Academy of Sciences) Aims and scope

Abstract

Oblique transmission of light through a planar layer of a chiral photonic crystal is considered. The problem is solved by the Ambartsumian layer addition method. The peculiarities of spectra of the polarization-plane rotation and the polarization ellipticity, as well as the features of proper polarizations are studied in the presence of dielectric boundaries.
