Abstract
A process of steel combined processing guaranteeing an increase in steel structural strength has been developed and tested. The steel processing process includes economic alloyage, thermomechanical strengthening, and intensive plastic deformation. The process of structure formation in steel surface layers under bar hydraulic pressing at the final stage of processing has been examined.
