不同前處理對稻稈吸水性之影響及以稻稈與禽畜糞製作堆肥可行性探討

Study on the Effectiveness of Pretreatment in Water Absorption of Rice Straw and the Feasibility of Composting for Mixing With Animal Manure

摘要


台灣每年稻稈產量約有200萬公噸。稻稈可做為農業有機廢物堆肥化處理之水份調整材原料,如將其製成堆肥施用於農地,可改善地力,作為農業廢棄物循環利用處理之參考。本研究針對稻稈在不同切斷長度、壓潰間距、壓潰速度及壓潰次數下之吸水性能,及稻稈與牛難豬生糞混合堆肥化之可行性,進行探討。結果顯示稻稈在7cm切斷長度,壓潰速度在300rpm,壓潰間距為0.5mm時,吸水性能比其他處理為佳。而在浸水180分鍾時稻稈已近飽和,可將此做為稻稈混合入醱酵槽前靜置時間之參考。另外稻稈在與雞、牛、豬糞以1比1.5混合比例進行肥醱酵,其醱酵過程理化成份分析結果顯示,壓潰三次或四次的稻稈,醱酵溫度可達770C,可比無壓潰之稻稈節省醱酵時間達29%。經完成醱酵之堆肥,其含水率為32~35%、酸度為7.3、碳氮比在11~12、有機質在56~61%,氮含量在2.91~3.05%、磷含量在2.92~3.01%、鉀含量在1.65%,總碳量為32~35%,成分符合農委會公告禽畜堆肥標準,且醱酵過程中CO2及NH3亦均符合環保要求,顯示本研究所建立之稻稈堆肥處理方式應屬可行,且較為快速。

There are about 2,000,000 tons of rice straws produced per year in Taiwan. Rice straw could be used as moisture content control material for agricultural organic compost, and by doing this, it will become one of the models for recycling usage of wastes. This study applied a crusher on rice straw to test the various treatments on rice straw before composting, for instance, the length of rice straw, the gap of crusher, the crushing speed, and the replication of crushing. The index for these treatments was moisture content of rice straw. The quality of compost of rice straw mixed with cow’s, pig’s and chicken’s manure was also analyzed to explore the feasibility of rice straw composting. Results showed that the highest moisture content was achieved in 7 cm long rice straw compressed at 300 rpm and 0.5 mm gap after 180 min water absorption. The rice straw that were crushed three or four times and mixed with animal manure in 1:1.5 ratio, could achieve 77 °C in temperature. The composting day could also be reduced about 29% compared to no crushed rice straw mixed with animal manure. After fermentation, the physical and chemical analyses indicated that the product of rice straw compost contented 32—35% in moisture content, 7.3 in pH, 11-12 in C/N ratio, 56~41% in organics, 2.91—3.05% in N content, 2.92~3.01% in P content, 1.65% in K content, 32~35% in total C. These compositions met the requirement of animal compost standard in Taiwan. During the fermentation, the CO2 and NH3 content also met the related regulation. Thus the process for rice straw composting suggested by this study is a feasible and fast method.
