本研究是一描述性研究,目的在綜合描述鄉村偏遠地區成人教育現況、需求,並藉以提出可行的工作模式。研究的主要分析內容結構要素包含鄉村偏遠地區的社會經濟結構特性,成人教育組織和團體的功能、任務和連結關係,鄉村偏遠地區辦理成人教育活動的資源條件以及活動內容。研究結論提出五個工作模式:①國民精習教育工作模式②婦女教育工作模式③休閒教育工作模式④老人教育工作模式⑤職業進修教育工作模式。
The study is a descriptive study, which objectives are descript on the adult education situation and demands in rural area, and then suggestion the work models can be worked. The analytical levels intems of the structure of sociotial-economic in rural area, and the relationship of institutions or programs are taken to analyze the adult education funtion activities in rural area.The suggestions are below:1.
