蔬菜育苗播種一貫作業機播種機構之改良

Improvement of Seeding Mechanism of Automatic Vegetables Seeding Machine

摘要


為解決穴盤育苗之播種問題,本場己研製成一套簡易式蔬菜育苗播種一貫作業機。為提昇該機之適用性及播種精確度,本研究將其播種機構加以改良,成為頂起式之整盤播種機構,可根據不同蔬菜播種需求調頂起裝置頂起次數,達到增加播種精度之效果。經過組裝後,以白菜種子作播種測試,頂起裝置頂起次數為一次時,每箱128格之穴盤,其播種率可達90.55%,缺播率為9.45%,速度每小時達350箱。本機不僅可作為蔬菜育苗播種用,亦可作為穴盤葉菜類栽培用。

In order to solve the seeding problem of vegetable plug seedling production, a simple type automatic vegetable seeding machine was previously developed by the station. However, the seeding mechanism of the automatic seeding machine was improved again in this study for the purpose of increasing its versatility and seeding accuracy. The seeding mechanism was improved by employing the one-tray type pop-up seeding mechanics. The up-and-down frequency of pop-up seeding mechanics can be modified in compliance with the necessity of the type of vegetables. The results of seeding tests with Chinensis Petsai showed that the seeding accuracy on 128 cell tray could reach 90.55 %, but the miss seeding rate was only 9.45 % and the seeding speed was about 350 trays per hour. This automatic seeding machine was not only useful for plug seedling production, but also very practical for growing leaf vegetables on seedling trays.
