The propose of this study was to discuss the satisfaction of life quality and the relationship with the sociality during the content of training on the 5(superscript th) Asia Game women basketball athletes. The result of the 8 Participates, they all satisfied with the environment and the respect from others. There are only two participates satisfied with the salary and the fringe benefit. The stress of those women basketball athlete most come from the performance of team and themselves, or come from coach. Most of the participates are satisfied with their leisure time. When they out of training, they don't satisfied with the material demand and the opportunity of leaning. There are 3 participate don't satisfy with their coaches, and 2 participates don't pleased with tile relationship of friends. This study was to suggest the basketball team should try to creating the clearly stander and the allocation of the salary of the Basketball team, l3esides, the learn manager should do more communicated with the team players. The team players should also need to do more hardly on tile training, strengthening on the content about themselves and enhancing the interaction with other people.
