體驗、情緒與地方依戀之研究-以淡水老街爲例

The Relationship between Experience, Emotion and Place Attachment-An Empirical Study of Danshui Recreation Area

摘要


淡水地區自日據時代即被定爲觀光小鎮,近年來因交通的便利性及多元化的產業,促進觀光餐飲休閒事業發展。本研究旨在探討遊客到淡水老街遊憩體驗、情緒及地方依戀的關係,並於2009年8月1日到8月24日進行問卷調查,採用便利抽樣試取得有效問卷726份。以描述性統計法、信度分析法及迴歸分析法來進行資料分析,綜合實證分析結果研究發現:(一)體驗對於情緒的影響有顯著性,尤以體驗中的心理、社會對情緒的兩大構面有明顯的影響。(二)情緒對於地方依戀的影響有顯著性,尤以情緒構面中的喚起對於地方依戀兩大構面有明顯的影響。(三)體驗對於地方依戀的影響有顯著性,尤以體驗中的文化、懷舊對於地方依戀兩大構面有明顯的影響。針對研究結果提出相關貢獻、限制和建議,以供淡水老街永續發展,及未來研究者對相關研究的參考。

Danshui area is known as a tourism town for a long time. In recent years, the infrastructure of the traffic and the diversified industries facilitate the development of the tourism industry, especially in Danshui Old Street. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the relationship between the constructs of experience, emotion, and place attachment. Using a self-administered questionnaire survey, 726 respondents from Danshui area are used for this study. This study employs the descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and regression analysis to testify the conceptual framework and empirically examine the hypotheses. The results indicate that the experience construct significantly influence customer emotion and place attachment, and customer emotion has a strong effect on place attachment. The findings of this research have implications for the focus of managing and developing this well-known tourism environment. Finally, the limitation and future researches are also addressed.
