Abstract: Universally, many nations including Kenya have started procurement restructurings culminating into depiction of procurement laws and regulations. In Kenya, notwithstanding the animation of the procurement law, there is squat level of compliance by the county governments to this law. The determination of this study is to examine the relationship amongst compliance of public procurement law and performance of County government of Isiolo in Kenya. Specifically, the scholarship sought to inaugurate the relationship amongst procurement regulations, procurement procedures, procurement personnel and procurement records and performance of County Government of Isiolo.
