비행청소년 공격성에 대한 창의력 기반 게슈탈트 음악치료

Gestalt Music Therapy Based on Creativity to Aggression of Juvenile Delinquents

본 연구의 목적은 비행청소년의 공격성에 효과적으로 대응하기 위하여 창의력 기반 게슈탈트 음악치료 활용방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 최근 청소년 범죄 관련 사건들이 빈번하게 등장하고 청소년이 공격성을 표출하는 심각도 높아지고 있다. 이에 다양한 지원과 개입이 이루어지고 있음에도 음악치료의 접근방법은 미비한 실정이다. 이에 청소년의 공격성과 관련된 다양한 감정을 이해하고, 표현하고, 적절하게 해소할 수 있는 성숙한 방법을 다루어주는 것이 필요하다. 내담자의 상황을 연출하고 전략을 다루는 데 있어 음악치료의 즉흥연주는 매우 효과적이다. 즉흥연주는 실험에 필요한 모든 요소를 갖추고 있으며 내담자의 체험영역을 확장할 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공격성을 유발하는 요소를 탐색하고 이러한 요인들의 부정적 기능에 효과적으로 대응하기 위하여 게슈탈트 심리치료를 더욱 효과적으로 실현할 수 있는 음악치료 활동에 있어서 즉흥연주의 활용을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the Gestalt music therapy based on creativity to respond effectively to aggression of juvenile delinquents. There has been growing incident with regard to juvenile crime and increasing severity of express aggression among adolescents in recently. A few of music therapy approach was studied in contrast with many of support for violence crime of juvenile delinquency. There is a need to understand, express various emotion related to aggression on adolescent and develop mature strategies that resolve their problems. Improvisational music therapy is effective intervention to occurs various situation and to attempt strategy. Improvisational music therapy can expand the experience of client and involves all factors for experiment in clinical setting. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze factors that arouse aggression and to suggest the use of improvisation in music therapy that can be more effectively realize Gestalt psychotherapy to respond effectively to the negative functions of these factors.
