Compared to loads of other environmental pollutants (pesticides, heavy metals, hydrocarbons …), the health risk dreaded is more particularly related to the specificity of drugs which are substances with high biological activity at low concentrations [1]. Paracetamol (PC) 4-hydroxyacetanilide, 4-acetamidephenol, or acetaminophen, is among the well know medicine also an analgesic, and antipyretic is extensively used around the world [2].
