Peran Harapan terhadap Kelelahan Akademik Mahasiswa selama Perkuliahan Daring

Abstract


Mahasiswa mengalami tantangan dalam menyelesaikan studi di perguruan tinggi. Tantangan tersebut semakin meningkat selama perkuliahan daring. Mahasiswa yang tidak mampu mengatasi segala permasalahan yang ada dapat menimbulkan kelelahan akademik, yang jika tidak ditangani dengan baik akan mengakibatkan depresi. Salah satu penggerak mahasiswa untuk mampu mengatasi kelelahan akademik adalah harapan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti peran harapan terhadap kelelahan akademik pada 145 mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan daring. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah harapan memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap kelelahan akademik mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur harapan adalah Undergraduate Student Hope Scale (Vincent et al., 2021)dan untuk mengukur kelelahan akademik menggunakan alat ukur Academic Burnout Test (Priscylia et al., 2021). Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa harapan berperan secara signifikan terhadap kelelahan akademik mahasiswa (β=-0.448,F=35.835, t=-5.986, p<0.001). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa harapan dapat memprediksi kelelahan akademik mahasiswa selama perkuliahan daring.
