초록

This study quantitatively compared sampling methods used by domestic and foreign public quality management agencies. The operating characteristic (OC-curve) curves for each agency's sampling method were plotted and compared to an ideal OC curve. The differences between the two curves were calculated by integrating the margins. If the integral value was close to zero, it indicated that the OC curve was close to the ideal OC curve, assuming normal sampling inspection, lot size of 20000, and an inspection level of G-II. The Defense Agency for Technology and Quality, the Defense Contract Management Agency, the Public Procurement Service, and the Logistics Command were close to the ideal OC-curve in that order. However, no significant differences were observed between groups.
