This study summarizes the investigation results of rollover accident due to wheel-off during the operation of k-series military vehicle. The vehicle's rollover accident could be occurred due to reasons such as wheel-off, poor operation, and center of gravity problem. Generally, wheel-off accidents could be caused by various factors such as damage of fastening bolts, impact of foreign substances, and excessive driving. The accidents of military resources would be regarded as to be great loss in our nation so that substantial efforts are needed to prevent recurrence of similar accidents by analyzing the cause through a precise accident investigation. In addition, through a series of processes to identify the cause of an accident, it is possible to expect follow-up measures to prevent disputes on liability issues. This study aims to identify the cause of the accident through detailed analysis and contribute to prevent similar cases of vehicle accidents
