인터넷의 확산에 따라 기업에서는 기업 업무에 관련된 정보의 수집, 분배 및 보급 등을 통해 기업의 업무를 원활하게 수행시키기 위한 기업포탈의 적극적인 활용을 모색하고 있다. 기업포탈의 활용은 경영전략이나 기업성과에 영향을 미치고 또한 경영전략은 기업성과에 영향을 미칠 것으로 여겨진다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 기업포탈의 활용과 기업의 경영전략과의 관계, 경영전략과 기업성과와의 관계 및 기업포탈 활용과 기업성과와의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 기업포탈 활용을 위한 변수로는 정보이용, 상호작용 및 협업이 사용되었고 경영전략을 위한 변수로는 효율중심전략, 전자적 협력전략 및 고객중심전략이 사용되었으며 기업성과에 대한 변수로는 BSC의 재무관점, 내부프로세스관점, 학습 및 성장관점, 고객관점이 사용되었다. 본 연구의 분석에는 구조방정식 모형이 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 보면 기업포탈을 구축할 때 경영전략을 잘 반영할 수 있도록 구축하여야 기업포탈 활용에 따른 기업성과가 증대될 수 있는 것으로 여겨진다. 앞으로의 연구에서는 기업포탈의 다양한 특성과 활용분야를 파악하여 적용할 필요가 있으며 실제로 기업포탈을 사용하고 있는 기업들의 업종별 세분화를 통한 연구가 필요하다고 본다.
Corporations are trying to find the way to use the Enterprise Information Portals(EIP) to do their business efficiently by collecting, distributing, and propagating the information related to their business. It is supposed that utilization of EIP influences on management strategy and business performance, and management strategy influences on business performance. In this research, study for the relative relations among utilization of EIP, management strategy, and business performance was performed. Variables used are as follows: information usage, relative communication, and cooperation for utilization of EIP, efficiency focused strategy, electronic cooperation strategy, and customer focused strategy for management strategy, and financial perspective, internal business process perspective, innovation and learning perspective, and customer perspective for business performance. For the analysis of this study, structural equation model was used. From the result of this study, it is recommended to implement an EIP to reflect the management strategy well in order to increase the business result. It is also recommended to apply the various characteristics and usage field of EIP and to classify the industries in the future research.
