혁신적합성과 혁신에 대한 반응: 충청북도 『초일류 상상도정』프로그램에 대한 구성원의 인식을 중심으로

본 논문은 혁신에 대한 개인의 심리적 인지과정을 의미하는 혁신적합성 개념을 사용하여 지방정부 구성원의 혁신반응에 대한 혁신적합성의 설명력을 검증하고자 하였다. 또한 혁신수용에 영향을 미치는 다른 주요 변수들과 비교해 혁신적합성의 상대적 설명력을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 구성원의 혁신에 대한 반응은 정서적 반응이 행태적 반응보다 더욱 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신에 대한 정서적 반응은 역량적합성보다 가치적합성에 의해 더욱 민감하게 반응하였다. 둘째, 모든 회귀모형에서 혁신 가치적합성은 혁신에 대한 정서적•행태적 반응에 가장 강한 긍정적 영향력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 각각의 적합성이 나타내는 영향력의 강도는 정서적 반응과 행태적 반응 간에 차이가 존재하였다. 또한 다른 주요 변수들과의 상대적 영향력의 정도는 가치적합성이 혁신반응에 가장 강한 영향을 미치고 있으며 역량적합성은 리더십 다음으로 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 조직구성원이 인지하는 혁신에 대한 적합성 정도가 혁신의 반응에 중요한 변인으로 작용할 수 있음을 시사한다.

This paper try to test impact of person-innovation fit on reaction of local government members on innovation and it's relative impact comparing to other variables which influence to acceptance of innovations. Result is as following; first, reaction of members on innovation is more positive in affective reaction than in behavioral one. And affective reaction on innovation is changed more sensitively by innovation value fit than by innovation ability fit. Second, innovation value fit shows the strongest positive impact on both affective and behavioral reaction in all regression model. But there is a difference between affective and behavioral reaction in degrees of impact of each fit. In all regression model, both type of fit and leadership variable influence significantly to affective and behavioral reaction on innovation. This result means that degree of value or ability fit on innovation is a important variable in reaction on innovation.
