초록

일반적인 온라인 게임에 대해서는 그 동안 많은 연구가 있었지만 온라인 게임에서 빌링 시스템의 영향에 대한 연구는 거의 진행된 것이 없다, 더구나 사용자의 만족도와 관련된 고객 행태에 영향을 미치는 빌링 시스템 품질에 대한 연구는 전무하다. 본 연구는 국내 온라인 게임 환경에서 빌링 시스템의 품질이 사용자 만족도와 재구매 의도에 대한 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 빌링 시스템의 품질을 이론화하여 실증 분석한 결과 이의 사용자 만족도 및 재구매 의도에 대한 효과를 검증할 수 있었다.
