AB - In this study, I’d like to redefine a role and meaning of entrepreneurship through the integrating and analazing previous studies, based on a aspect that entrepreneurship of headquarters impacts both satisfaction of business supporting for franchisee and intention of a recontract. The renovative, challenging and creative enthusiasm which means implied meaning of entrepreneurship is a human’s feature which should not be passed over in food service industry getting bigger and more competitive among headquarters of the franchise companies. Therefore, in order to know that how entrepreneurship works between satisfaction of business supporting for franchisee and intention of a recontract, I’ll suggest detailed purpases below. Firstly, to reanalaze a role and meaning of entrepreneurship in franchise system by analazing previous studies. Secondly, to prove that the entrepreneurship impacts between satisfaction of business supporting for the owner of branches and intention of a recontract Lastly, to contribute to considerable development of restaurant business market with renovative and creative thinking through the entrepreneurship in the franchise system. At feature of the Franchise system, according to the fact that the entrepreneurship quality influences on the recontract, they must have an interest continuously for forming the entrepreneurship with the Franchisee. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze important selective attributes of the family restaurants in Seoul overall as well as satisfaction level and revisit intention.
