장애대학생의 대학생활만족도와 진로결정효능감이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

The Effect of University Life Satisfaction and Career Decision Efficacy of University students with Disabilities on the career decision level

본 연구는 장애대학생의 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 대학생활만족도와 진로결정자기효능감에 대해 연구하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산광역시와 충청도 지역의 대학교에 재학 중인 장애대학생 106명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0의 기술통계, Pearson 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애대학생의 진로결정수준, 대학생활만족도, 진로결정자기효능감에 대한 수준은 모두 평균보다 높은 수준으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 장애대학생의 진로결정수준에 대학생활만족도와 진로결정자기효능감 중 진로결정자기효능감만 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 진로결정자기효능감 하위요인들 중에서는 목표설정과 계획수립이 장애대학생의 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 진로결정수준의 하위요인 중 진로확신수준에서는 대학생활만족도와 진로결정자기효능감 모두 영향을 미쳤다. 대학생활만족도의 하위요인 중 전반적인 대학생활과 대학 교육의 질이 진로확신수준에 영향을 미쳤고, 진로결정자기효능감의 하위요인 중 목표설정이 장애대학생의 진로확신수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 진로결정수준의 하위요인 중 진로미결정수준에 장애대학생의 진로결정자기효능감이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 각 독립변인의 하위요인들 중 진로결정자기효능감의 목표설정과 계획수립이 장애대학생의 진로미결정수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 대학지원의 진로지원체계의 실제적인 자료가 되어 교육적 시사점을 제시하였고 그에 따른 방안을 모색하였다.

The purpose of this study is to study the university life satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy that affect the career decision level of students with disabilities. To this end, a survey was conducted on 106 students with disabilities in universitys in Busan and Chungcheong-do. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics of SPSS 23.0, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The research results are as follows. First, the level of career decision-making, university life satisfaction, and career decision-making self-efficacy of university students with disabilities were all higher than the average. Second, it was found that only career decision-making self-efficacy of university life satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy had an effect on the career decision-making level of students with disabilities. Among the sub-factors of the career decision level, the level of career confidence had an effect on both university life satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy. Among the sub-factors of the career decision level, the career decision-making self-efficacy of university students with disabilities was found to have an effect on the career undecided level.
