기초 문식성 반영을 위한 국어교육과정 개발 방향

Direction of Korean Language Curriculum Development to Reflect Basic literacy

이 연구에서는 기초 문식성이 중요성을 인식하고, 국어교육과정 개발 시에 기초 문식성을 반영하는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 기초 문식성의 개념과 교육 내용을 고찰하고 국내외 언어교육과정에서 기초 문식성을 검토하였다. 우리나라 2015 개정 국어교육과정의 기초 문식성 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기초 문식성을 위한 영역 세부 범주가 설정되지 않았다. 둘째, 기초 문식성 내용 반영이 전반적으로 미흡하다. 셋째, 기초 문식성 성취기준 하나에 지나치게 많은 학습 요소를 포함시켰다. 넷째, 기초 문식성 내용 요소의 계열성이 부족하다. 다섯째, 기초 문식성 내용에 대한 성취기준 해설 누락의 문제점을 들 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하는 방안으로 기초 문식성 반영을 위한 국어교육과정 개발 원리와 내용 체계 예시를 제시하였다. 이 연구는 국어교육과정에 기초 문식성을 반영하는 방안에 대한 연구이므로 국어교육과정 개정을 위한 일반적인 논리도 포함하여 국어교육과정 개발의 원리와 실제를 제시하였다.

I intend to recognize the importance of Basic literacy and seek ways to reflect Basic literacy in the development of Korean language curriculum. Fist, The concept and educational contents of Basic literacy were considered, and Basic literacy was reviewed England, America, Korea National Language Curriculum. The Basic literacy results of the 2015 revised Korean language curriculum in Korea are as follows. First, a detailed category of domain for Basic literacy has not been established. Second, the reflection of Basic literary content is generally insufficient. Third, too many learning elements were included in one Basic literacy achievement standard. Fourth, the sequence of Basic literary content elements is insufficient. Fifth, there is a problem of omission of the explanation on the achievement standards for Basic literacy content. As a way to solve this problem, an example of the principle and content system of Korean language curriculum development to reflect Basic literacy was presented.
