예비보육교사의 ICT 활용능력과 교수효능감, 태도 및 활용전망과의 관계

A Study of the Relationships among Pre-service Child Care Teachers’ ICT Utilization Ability,Teaching Efficacy, Attitude and Utilization Prospects.

본 연구는 예비보육교사의 ICT 활용능력과 교수효능감, 태도 및 활용전망과의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기지역의 보육 관련 학과에 재학중인 예비보육교사 240명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며. 수집된 자료는 기술 통계, Pearson의 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 예비보육교사의 ICT 활용능력과 활용전망은 비교적 높은 수준이었고, ICT 교수효능감과 태도는 평균보다 조금 높은 수준이었다. 둘째, ICT 교수효능감, 태도, 활용 전망의 하위요인들은 ICT 활용능력의 전체 및 모든 하위요인과 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 예비보육교사의 ICT 활용능력에 대해 ICT 교수효능감 전체, 태도 전체, 활용전망 전체는 높은 설명력을 지니는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships among pre-service child care teachers’ ICT utilization ability, teaching efficacy, attitude and utilization prospects. The subjects of this search were 240 students registered in the department of child care at a 2 and 3-year private university and data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression for SPSSWIN 21.0. The results are as follows: First, the levels of pre-service early childhood teachers’ ICT utilization ability, and utilization prospects were relatively higher than mean and ICT teaching efficacy and attitude were slightly higher than mean. Second, ICT teaching efficacy, attitude and utilization prospects correlated positively with all aspects of ICT utilization ability. Third, pre-service early childhood teacher’s ICT teaching efficacy, attitude and utilization prospects significantly explained ICT utilization ability.
