대학생의 사회적지지, 진로결정 자기효능감, 자기주도학습 간의 구조적 관계 연구

Structural Relationships among College Students’ Social Support, Career Decision-making Self-efficacy, and Self-directed Learning

본 연구는 대학생의 사회적지지와 진로결정 자기효능감이 자기주도학습에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여, 4년제 대학교 3곳의 재학생 397명(남 217명, 여 180명)의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 그 결과, 사회적지지는 진로결정 자기 효능감과 자기주도학습에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로결정 자기효능감은 자기주도학습과 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 특히, 대학생에게는 부모의 지지가 진로결정 자기효능감과 자기주도학습에 가장 많은 영향을 주고 있었고, 다른 변인들에서는 각각 진로계획과 학업계획이 가장 영향력이 높았다. 또한, 사회적지지는 자기주도학습에 직접적으로 미치는 효과보다는 진로결정 자기효능감을 매개로 한 간접효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이로써, 사회적지지가 자기주도학습에도 영향을 주지만, 진로결정 자기효능감을 높일 때 자기주도학습을 보다 더 증가시키는 효과가 있음을 경험적으로 확인케 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 부모, 교수, 친구 등의 사회적지지자들이 대학생에게 진로결정 자기효능감을 높일 수 있도록 지지해 주면 이들은 더욱 자기주도적으로 학습해 나갈 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

This study was to examine the structural relationship among college students social support, career decision-making self-efficacy, and self-directed learning. We collected data from 398 students at a private college based in Seoul, Kyung-gi, Chung-nam region, and the collected data were analyzed with structural equation modeling. As the results, first, college students social support was statistically significantly related to career decision-making self-efficacy, and self-directed learning and their career decision-making self-efficacy is statistically significantly related to self-directed learning. Especially, for college students, parents support has the greatest effect on career decision self-efficacy and self-directed learning and In the other variables, career planning and school industry were the most influentia. In addition, social support was found to have a greater indirect effect on career decision self-efficacy mediated by self-directed learning than on direct self-directed learning. This study empirically confirmed the hypothesis that social support has an effect on self-directed learning but has an effect of increasing self-directed learning when increasing career decision self-efficacy. Through this study, it can be seen that the learner can learn more self-directly if the students support the learner so that the social supporters can increase the career decision self-efficacy.
