부모의 의사소통 유형 및 정서표현성이 유아의 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Parent Communication Style and Emotional Expressiveness on Prosocial Behavior of Young Children

본 연구는 부모의 의사소통유형과 정서표현성이 유아의 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 연구대상은 U시에 소재한 유아교육기관 재원중 인 만 4세 32명, 만 5세 84명 총 116명과 부모 232명을 대상으로 이루어 졌으며, 연구절차는2018 년11월 18일부터 23일까지 예비조사를 한 후 2018년 12월14일부터 2019년 1월19일까지 본조사로 이루어졌다. 연구결과는 첫째 부모-자녀간의 의사소통 유형과 정서표현 성의 일반적인 경향은 아버지 어머니 모두 자녀에게 촉진적이고 개방적인 의사소통을 많이 하고 있으며, 일방적 의사소통을 적게 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 부모의 의사소통 유형과 정서표현성, 유아의 친사회적 행동과의 관계에서는 부모의 개방적인 의사소통은 유아의 친사회적 행동에 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 일방적인 의사 소통은 유아의 친사회적 행동에 부적 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 부모의 의사소통 유형과 정서표현성이 유아의 친사회적 행동변인에 미치는 상대적 영향력은 유아의 성별과 함께 아버지의 개방적 의사소통이 유아의 친사회적 행동에 가장 큰영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 어머니의 일방적 의사소통과 개방적 의사소통이 다음으로 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 유아의 친사회적 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 부모의 정서표현성보다는 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통 유형이더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 알 수 있었으며 유아가 부모의 정서표현을 인식하는것 보다 언어적․비언어적 의사소통이 유아에게 더 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 나타내고 있어 부모-자녀간의 의사소통의 중요성을 인식할 수 있는 중요한 결과이다.

The study looked at the types of parents communication and the effect of expressing their feelings about the pro-social behavior of infants. The study was conducted on 232 parents aged 4(32) and 5 (84) from Dec. 14, 2018 to Jan. 19, 2019, after a preliminary survey from Nov. 18-23, 2018. The results of the study showed that first, the type of communication between parents and children and the general tendency to express feelings were that both fathers and mothers had a lot of communication with their children and less biased communication. Second, the type of parent communication, expression of emotion, and relationship.Relationship, along with the pro-social behavior of infants, showed that their open communication was helpful to the pro-social behavior of infants, and one-sided communication showed insufficient correlation with the pro-social behavior of infants. Third, parents communication and expression of emotion were found to be second only to infants unilateral communication and open communication. This can be said to be an important result of recognizing the importance of communication between parents and their children because factors affecting the pro-social behavior of infants affect the type of communication between parents and their children more than the emotional expression of their parents.It has a greater influence on infants than on parents expression of their feelings.
