가족관계 중심 예비아버지 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구

Development of an Education Program for Prospective Fathers Focusing on Family Relationships

본 연구는 아버지의 자녀 양육 및 역할 수행에 영향을 미치는 원부모 및 배우자와의 관계를 중심으로 예비아버지 교육프로그램을 구성하고자 하였다. 가족관계 중심 예비아버지 교육프로그램 개발을 위해, 2016년 10월부터 2017년 5월까지 문헌연구, 인식 및 요구도 조사, 프로그램 1차 시안 구성, 전문가 협의, 예비 연구, 프로그램 최종안 구성을 진행하였다. 본 프로그램은 건강한 가정을 세우기 위해 예비아버지들이 아버지 역할을 인식하고 좋은 아버지 됨을 준비하는 것에 목적을 두고 총 5회기 교육으로 구성되었다. 또한 본 프로그램은 아버지 됨의 의미와 아버지 역할에 대해 이해하기, 바람직한 자녀양육방식 이해하기, 원가족 아버지와의 관계 재정립하기, 건강한 부부관계 정립하기, 아버지 자신에 대해 성찰하기를 목표로 하여 가족관계에 기반을 둔 아버지가 됨의 의미, 좋은 아빠로서의 역할, 아버지와의 관계, 부부관계의 중요성 그리고 예비아버지로서의 자기성찰이라는 교육내용으로 구성되었다.

This research aims to create an education program for prospective fathers focusing on the relationships with their parents of origin and with their spouse. It also intends to document the process of change in the awareness of prospective fathers on the role as a father and on family relationships through the program. To develop the program, the following procedures were implemented from October 2016 through May 2017: literature research, awareness and needs analysis, preparation of the first draft of the program, consultation with experts, pilot study with prospective fathers, and confirmation of the final program. Themes of the program included: meaning of being a father, role as a good father, relationship with one’s father, importance of marital relationship, and self-reflection as a prospective father.
