Using the technology acceptance model to analyze ease of use of a mobile communication system
The usability of mobile technology has been found to affect the attitudes of users and their willingness to use it, and furthermore to influence the effectiveness of communication. Accordingly, when mobile technology is developed as a communication medium, the product should be designed
to be easy to operate and fit into users' everyday lives. This would mean that more people would be willing to adopt the technology, resulting in more effective communication.
