본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 발표된 청소년 대상 외상 후 성장 관련 연구들을 분석함으로써 연구동향을 분석하고, 향후 청소년 대상 외상 후 성장 연구의 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 2009년부터 2017년까지 총 22편의 연구를 바탕으로 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구방법, 관련변인 동향을 분석한 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2009년에 청소년을 대상으로 외상 후 성장 관련 연구가 처음 발표되었고, 2012년부터 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 둘째, 고등학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았고, 그 다음으로 중학생, 중학생과 고등학생 순이었다. 셋째, 양적연구가 20편, 질적연구와 혼합연구는 각1편으로, 양적연구가 주를 이루었다. 넷째, 개인내적변인이 가장 많이 연구되었고, 인구사회학적변인, 외적상호작용변인이 다음으로 많이 연구되었다. 이러한 분석결과에 근거하여 청소년의 외상 후 성장 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze trends by analyzing posttraumatic growth studies for adolescents that have been published in Korea, and to suggest the direction of posttraumatic growth studies for adolescents. The main results of analyzing the published year, research objects, research methods and relevant factors trends based on a total of 22 studies (2009-2017) are as follows: First, posttraumatic growth-related studies were first published on adolescents in 2009, and have steadily increased since 2012. Second, they studied the most in high school, followed by middle school, middle school and high school students. Third, There were 20 quantitative researchers and one quality study and one mixed study. Quantitative research formed the main focus. Fourth, individual internal factors were studied most often, followed by demographic and external interaction factors. Based on these analysis results, we discussed suggestions for posttraumatic growth studies for adolescents.
