본 연구에서는 상담 기관에 종사하는 놀이치료사 123명을 대상으로 놀이치료자의 경력과 훈련경험에 따른 자기효능감과 소진의 차이를 알아보고자 일원변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 놀이치료자의 상담기간과 사례 수, 슈퍼비전에 따라 자기효능감은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 놀이치료자의 상담기간과 사례 수, 슈퍼비전에 따라 소진은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 놀이치료사가 다양한 사례경험과 슈퍼비전 경험을 갖게 되면 놀이치료 성과를 높이는데 기여할 것이다.

This study targeted 123 play therapists, who engage in the counseling institution, and carried out one-way ANOVA. The purpose of this study was to examine any possible differences among 123 play therapists in self-efficacy and burnout according to their career and training experience. The major findings are as follows. First, self-efficacy was indicated to have a difference according to counseling period, case number and supervision in play therapists. Second, burnout appeared to have a difference depending on counseling period, case number and supervision in play therapists. Based on this research outcome, what a play therapist comes to experience a variety of case and supervision will lead to contributing to improving the performance of the play therapy.
