본 연구는 생활시설 사회복지사를 대상으로 한 성폭력용인도와 양성평등의식과의 관계에서 성폭력 통념의 역할을 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 성폭력용인도와 성폭력 통념, 양성평등의식은 부적인 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 양성평등의식에 대해서 성폭력용인도와 성폭력통념은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 이들의 관계에서 성폭력 통념의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타나 성폭력 통념에 대한 역할을 재확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해서 생활시설 사회복지사에 대한 양성평등의식과 성폭력 용인도, 성폭력 통념에 대한 실천적 함의 및 논의, 시사점을 도출하였다.

This study was conducted around the role of Sexual violence myths in relationship between Sexual violence acceptance level and Gender equality consciousness targeted at social workers living facilities. Sexual violence acceptance level and Sexual violence myths affect on Gender equality consciousness and its negative correlation. Having examined the mediating effects of Sexual violence myths, the results appear to be significant, and could reaffirm the role of the Sexual violence myths. The results were obtained through the discussion and implications for Gender equality consciousness, Sexual violence acceptance level and Sexual violence myths about social workers living facilities.
