연구 목적: 이 연구는 대학의 대단위 수업인 교양교육에서 통일관련 다양한 주제를 다루어야 하는 통일교육을 효율적으로 진행하기 위해 문제기반학습법을 활용하는 통일교육 프로그램을 개발하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법: 이 논문은 문제기반학습법을 적용한 통일교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위해, 다양한 선행 문헌연구와 교육의 효과성 분석 결과들을 참고하였다. 특히 PBL의 성격을 갖고 있으면서 도덕성과 창의성, 비판적 사고를 동시에 함양하는 콘스탄츠 딜레마 토론법의 장점을 원용하였다. 연구 내용: 이 논문은 PBL기법과 KMDD 모형을 활용한 대학교양교육과정에서의 통일교육 방법을 강구하면서, 1개 차시의 교수학습모형을 제시하였다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 극한의 교육제약 요건 속에서 비판적 사고 교육이 지속될 수 있는 대안적 모델로서 PBL기법과 KMDD모형에 주목하였으며, 이 경험을 토대로 교육현장의 대안적 모델을 제시하였다. 하지만 향후 강좌간 협력체계를 구축할 수 있는 제도적, 현실적 노력이 후행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

This paper aims to develop a unification education program that utilizes Problem Based Learning in order to efficiently conduct unification education that needs to deal with various unification-related topics in liberal arts education, which is a large-scale class in universities. This paper referred to the results of various previous literature studies and education effectiveness analysis to develop a unification education program applying PBL. In particular, the merits of the Konstanz Method of Dilemma Discussion (KMDD), which has the characteristics of PBL and fosters morality, creativity, and critical thinking at the same time, were utilized. This paper presented a teaching-learning model for one class while devising a method for unification education in the university general education curriculum using the PBL technique and the KMDD model. Finally this study paid attention to the PBL technique and the KMDD model as alternative models in which critical thinking education can be continued under extreme educational constraints, and based on this experience, an alternative model in the educational field was presented. However, it is considered that institutional and practical efforts to establish a cooperative system between courses should be followed in the future.
