In this Paper, we developed a system characterized by auto-diagnosis of travel behavior survey on web and analyzed the results of two mobility management pilot program. One is “after-the-fact IFP (Travel Feedback Programs)” that has new characteristics with registered the action motivation each time, whenever they register a new travel behavior. And the other is pilot program using Probe-Person terminal for detailed travel behavior. In addition, we compared the effects of information service about three groups.
