نقش واسطه ای اضطراب در رابطه با اثر ویژگی های شخصیتی بر سبک های مقابله ای دانشجویان دختر

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: رابطه بین ویژگی های شخصیتی و راهبردهای مقابله ای در پژوهش های مختلف نشان داده شده است. اما در مورد متغیرهایی که ممکن است این رابطه را در دختران تحت تأثیر قرار دهند، به صورتی که اثرات منفی در رفتار آنها در هنگام استفاده از راهبردهای مقابله ای ایجاد نماید، دانش اندکی وجود دارد. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش واسطه ای اضطراب در رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی با سبک های مقابله ای در دانشجویان دختر انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه به روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام شد. تعداد 221 نفر به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس از بین دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 انتخاب شدند و داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های راهبردهای مقابله ای، اضطراب حالت صفت و پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیتی جمع آوری شد. داده ها بر مبنای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون تعدیلی با استفاده از نسخه SPSS-21 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه (7/2) 3/25 سال بود و از نظر طبقه اقتصادی- اجتماعی متوسط بودند. بین سبک سازش یافته با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (1/17) 9/140 و نمره اضطراب (6/4) 9/35 رابطه منفی وجود داشت (294/0-=r) (05/0>P) به این معنا که با کاهش نمره سبک سازش یافته، نمره اضطراب افزایش می یابد. بین اضطراب با انزوای مأیوسانه با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (5/9) 2/28 رابطه مثبت وجود داشت (546/0=r) (05/0>P). میانگین (انحراف معیار) روان رنجوری (6/12)7/147 (341/0=r) و اضطراب (245/0=r) با سبک سازش نایافته (10) 7/64 همبستگی متوسط مستقیم وجود داشت.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که بین سبک سازش نایافته و روان رنجوری رابطه مثبت وجود داشته و اضطراب می تواند باعث تقویت رابطه روان رنجوری با سبک سازش نایافته شود.
