Abstract
The aim of this study this study aims to assess the technical and professional knowledge management in organizations of the country. We used a questionnaire consists of two distinct parts. In the first part of the initial question (no rating) include gender, educational level, in order to obtain demographic information, samples, and in the words of a questionnaire evaluating knowledge management organization a Likert scale was used to answer questions and respondents were asked, your answer to any of the questions on a Likert scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree respond. The results showed that knowledge management is the process of creating, storing, absorption, diffusion and application of knowledge to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's activities is something impressive. Along with all the factors that have affected the quality and quantity of knowledge management, information systems, too, can have a significant impact. As well as other organizational variables such as management style, encourage and reward system, organization and work processes, and the impact of information systems in knowledge management, have an important role.
