이 논문은 방법적 효과에 치중한 기존의 대학 생태교육을 보완하기 위하여 교육의 내용과 방향에 주목하였다. 이 논문의 목적은 건국대학교 생태교양 교과목 <가이아에서 개와 함께 춤을>의 사례를 분석함으로써, 인류세 시대 새로운 생태교육의 방향을 설정하고 그에 적합한 방법을 탐색하는 것이다. 도나 해러웨이의 ‘상황적 지식들’의 생태적 의미를 활용하여, ‘일상적 현실성’, ‘얽힘의 복잡성’, ‘지식의 체현성’을 생태교육의 방향으로 설정하였다. 수업은 크게 지식습득 과정, 활동 과정, 전유 과정으로 구분하여 진행하였다. 특히 수강생들이 건국대학교 생태지도를 제작하는 활동을 통해 생태이론을 구체화하고, 글쓰기를 통해 지식을 자기화할 수 있었다. 그럼에도 생태지도에서 편향된 문제들을 발견하고, 이 수업의 오류와 한계를 파악하였다. 마지막으로 건국대학교 수업 사례 분석을 바탕으로 더 나은 대학 생태교육을 하고자 할 때 필요한 점을 제안하였다. 첫째, 교수자의 생태지식 및 관점 확중, 둘째, 대학의 생태인재양성 및 생태교육 중요성 인지, 셋째, 삶과 직업에 밀착된 생태교육이 그것이다.

This paper focuses on the content and direction of education in order to supplement the existing university ecological education focused on methodological effects. The purpose of the paper is to set a new direction for ecological education in the Anthropocene era and explore appropriate methods by analyzing the case of "Dancing with Dogs in Gaia," an ecological liberal arts course at Konkuk University. Using Donna Haraway"s situated knowledge, the concepts of "everyday reality," "complexity of entanglements," and "embodiment of knowledge" were set as the directions of ecological education. The class was divided into knowledge acquisition, activity, and appropriation processes. In
particular, students were able to put ecological theory into practice in an activity involving creating an ecological map at Konkuk University. Nevertheless, I found biases in the ecological maps and derived errors and limitations in the classes. Finally, based on a case analysis of Konkuk University"s classes, I suggest what is necessary to ensure better university ecological education. First, we must confirm the instructor"s ecological knowledge and perspective. Second, we must recognize the importance of ecological talent training and ecological education in universities. And third, ecological education should be closely related to people’s lives and occupations.
