소년보호관찰대상자의 탈비행 성공 요소에 대한 개념도 연구

Concept Mapping analysis of success factors of desistance youth

본 연구는 장기보호관찰 처분을 받은 소년범죄자 중 처분 후 1년 이상 탈비행 상태를 유지하고 있는 청소년 87명을 대상으로 개념도 분석 방법을 활용하여 탈비행을 촉발하고 유지하는 데 도움을 준 성공 요소를 그들의 입장에서심층적으로 이해하고, 핵심 본질을 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 연구 결과, 탈비행의성공 요소의 핵심 문장은 84개로 정리되었으며, 핵심 문장에 대해 다차원척도분석과 군집분석을 실시한 결과 탈비행의 성공 요소는 탈비행 변화 수준(1차적탈비행과 2차적 탈비행)과 탈비행 변화 영역(행동 변화와 인지 변화)의 2개차원으로 구성되었고, 군집은 총 7개로 분류되었다. 각 군집은 ‘비행 유발 환경으로부터의 단절과 거부’, ‘미래의 꿈 설정 및 실천 의지와 노력’, ‘책임감 있는 행동과 주변의 좋은 평판’, ‘가족ㆍ친구ㆍ사회 자원으로부터의 지지와 격려’, ‘비행 수치감과 주변 사람에게 상처주고 싶지 않은 마음’, ‘과거 비행 후회와 비행을 바라보는 관점 변화’, ‘재비행으로 발생가능한손실에 대한 자각’ 으로 명명되었다. 7개 군집별 중요도를 평정한 결과, ‘비행 수치감과 주변 사람에게 상처주고 싶지 않은 마음’이 가장 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 1여년 동안 탈비행 상태를 유지하고 있는 소년범죄자를 대상으로 하여 탈비행을 촉발하고 유지하는 데 도움을 준 요소의 개념적 구조를 연구 참여자의 입장에서 규명하였다는 점에 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

This study aimed at identifying the success factors that helped to trigger and maintain desistance using conceptual analysis methods for 87 adolescents who have been delinquent for more than one year after disposition among the delinquent adolescents who have been subject to long-term protection observation. From their point of view, they tried to understand in depth and explore the essential essence. As a result of the study, 84 key sentences of the success factors of desistance were organized, and as a result of conducting multidimensional scale analysis and cluster analysis on the key sentences, the success factors of desistance were the level of change of desistance (primary desistance and secondary desistance). And post-flight change domain (behavioral change and cognitive change) were composed of two dimensions, and the cluster was classified into seven. It was named ‘behavior and environmental control to avoid delinquence’, ‘future dream setting and practice will and effort’, ‘responsible behavior and good reputation around’, ‘support and encouragement from family, friends and social resources’, ‘reintegration shaming’, ‘identity as a desistance youth’, and ‘awareness of possible losses due to re-deliquence’. As a result of evaluating the importance of each of the 7 clusters, ‘reintegrated shaming was the highest.
