본 논문에서는 국내에 소재한 한국 물류 기업들의 SCM 구축요인이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 실증분석을 하였다. 우리나라의 물류 기업들에게 SCM 구축요인의 필요성과 그 이해 정도에 따라 근무자가 기대하는 기업의 성과에 어떠한 영향에 대해 분석을 통하여 우리나라 물류 산업의 선진화와 물류 기업들의 경쟁력을 강화하는 것이 목적이다.
국내 수도권에 소재한 60여 개의 기업에서 근무하는 종사자들에게 총 243부의 데이터를 수집하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 26.0와 Amos 26.0을 활용하여 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모형 등을 분석하였다.
검증결과 SCM을 구축하는 요인으로 조직역량, 정보기술, 파트너십은 지각된 유용성에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 지각된 유용성은 종속변수인 기업의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 연구의 결과로 향후 SCM을 구축을 고려하는 물류 기업에 실증적인 자료로써 활용될 수 있으며, 지각된 유용성이 기업의 성과에 중요한 매개 요소로써 활용될 수 있다는 것에 시사점이 있다.

In this paper empirical analysis was conducted on the impact of SCM building factors on the performance of Korean logistics companies in Korea. The purpose of the project is to advance the nation"s logistics industry and strengthen the competitiveness of logistics companies by analyzing the impact of the SCM construction factors on the performance of companies expected by workers according to the level of understanding. A total of 243 copies of the data were collected from employees working at 60 companies located in the nation"s metropolitan area and the collected data were analyzed for correlation analysis and structural equation models using SPSS 26.0 and Amos 26.0.
Organizational capabilities, information technology and partnerships directly affected perceived usefulness as factors that build the SCM as a result of verification, and perceived usefulness directly affected the financial and non-financial performance of the subsidiary, the corporate.
As a result of the study, it can be used as empirical data for logistics companies considering future SCM deployments, and the perceived usefulness can be used as an important factor in the performance of the entity.
