Resumo

Este estudo tem como objetivo obter melhor compreensão de como os construtos de valores, motivação, comprometimento, recompensas e desempenho se relacionam nos funcionários públicos. A metodologia adotada foi quantitativa, tendo sido entrevistados 1090 funcionários públicos. Uma das conclusões do estudo é de que os funcionários públicos que buscam desafios, crescimento pessoal, que são detalhistas, pensam de maneira lógica e racional, estão satisfeitos com o salário e benefícios, com a autonomia para desenvolver o trabalho e, com os relacionamentos profissionais, possuem mais motivação no trabalho.
