[목적] 이 연구는 장애아동의 보육, 교육, 치료가 동시에 이루어져야 하는 장애아 전문어린이집에 근무하는 보육교직원인 보육교사, 특수교사, 치료사를 중심으로 좋은 교사에 대한 인식을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 장애아 전문어린이집 보육교직원이 생각하는 좋은 교사에 대한 인식 유형과 인식 유형별 특성은 어떠한지를 알아보는 데에 있다. [방법] 좋은 교사에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해서 인간의 주관성을 탐색하는데 유용한 Q방법론을 적용하였다. 이 연구에서는 총 6단계로 구성된 Q방법론의 적용과정을 거쳐, 장애아 전문어린이집 보육교직원의 좋은 교사에 대한 인식을 유형화하고 유형별 특성을 분석하였다. [결과] 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 좋은 교사에 대한 인식 유형은 총 4유형으로 나타났는데, 제1유형은 개별화 교육 중시형, 제2유형은 아동 지원 중시형, 제3유형은 교사 자긍심 중시형, 제4유형은 교사 전문성 추구형으로 나타났다. [결론] 이 연구는 장애아 전문어린이집 보육교직원의 좋은 교사에 대한 주관적 인식 유형과 그 유형별 특성을 파악하여, 이를 바탕으로 보육교직원의 좋은 교사에 대한 인식을 이해하는 기초 자료를 제공함으로써 궁극적으로 장애아동 교육의 질 향상을 위한 유용한 자료로 활용될 것을 기대한다.

[Purpose] This study was to investigate the perception about ‘good teacher', centered on the teachers of child care and education, teacher of special education and therapist of related service among the child care teachers who worked at the child care and education center for children with disabilities which needed to do treatment, child care and education for the children with disabilities at the same time. The purpose of this study was to find out the perception type about ‘good teacher' that the personnel of child care and education center for children with disabilities thought and characteristics by perception type. [Method] In order to investigate the perception about ‘good teacher', we applied the Q methodology, which is useful for exploring human subjectivity. The design in this study went through the process of Q methodology, which composed of total 6 stages, and this study was to classify the perception type about ‘good teacher' for the personnel of child care and education center for children with disabilities and analyze characteristics by type. [Results] The results of the study are as follows. As a result of research, the perception type about ‘good teacher' has shown as total four types. For perception about ‘good teacher', this study has shown four types: individualized education-first type as first type, child support-first type as second type, teacher self-esteem-first type as third type and teacher professionalism-based type as fourth type. [Conclusion] This study was to grasp the subjective perception type about ‘good teacher' for the personnel of child care and education center for children with disabilities and characteristics by type. Based on these results, this study was to provide useful base data in order to eventually improve the quality of education for the children with disabilities by providing the basic data to understand the perception about ‘good teacher' for the teachers of child care and education.
