본 연구는 2007년「장애인 등에 대한 특수교육법」개정 후, ‘치료교육’의 대체 활동으로 도입된‘치료지원 서비스‘의 효과를 살펴봄으로써, 치료지원 서비스의 궁극적 목적을 재고하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 특수교육 현장에 대한 높은 이해와 경험으로 치료지원 서비스의 효과에 대해 기술 할 수 있는 특수교육 관련 주체 중, 치료지원 서비스 제공 기관장, 치료사, 치료지원 대상자의 부모를 대상으로 개념도 방법을 활용한 치료지원 효과에 대한 개념을 살펴하였다. 관련주체의 치료지원 효과에 대한 인식 차원을 살펴본 결과 총 42개의 개념이 도출되었으며, 2차원 상에 아동의 직접적 변화-간접적 변화 차원과 치료지원의 사회적 인식 변화-부모 변화 차원이 확인되었으며, 치료지원 효과의 군집은‘치료지원 기관의 확대, 치료지원 기관의 활성화, 치료에 대한 자문 및 분위기 조성, 부모의 아동에 대한 이해, 다양한 경험 및 아동의 기능 발달 및 일반화’로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 논의 및 결론을 기술하였다.

In order to accomplish the educational goals for students with disabilities, the Special Education Law for Persons with Disabilities and Others, which was enacted in 2007, introduces the special education related services that provide human and physical resources along with general public education. To guarantee the right to education of students with disabilities and to improve the quality of education, it is necessary to study the therapeutic effect. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of therapeutic effect by using Concept Mapping method. The stakeholders’perception on therapeutic effect were found into 2 dimensions; Children’s direct change - Children’s indirect change and Change of social awareness of therapy support - Parental change. And 5 clusters were finalized to present therapeutic effect concept: Expansion of therapeutic support institutions, Activation of therapeutic support institutions, Consultation and atmosphere for therapeutic support, Parents' Understanding about children, and Generalization of child function. Concept mapping were shown on the 2 dimension space.
