Abstract
A model of magnetohydrodynamic domains describing the motion of nematic fluid with negative anisotropy of diamagnetic susceptibility in the geometry of torsion deformation is considered. In the Navier-Stokes equation of the model, we account an inertial term. This made it possible to introduce three dimensionless parameters into the model, namely the ratio of the Eriksen numbers to the Reynolds number have been committed. These parameters do not depend on the characteristic values of the problem under study, but determined only by parameters of the medium.

Keywords: nematic, magnetohydrodynamic domains, Navier-Stokes equation, inertial term, Eriksen number, Reynolds number
