현재 교육현장에서는 사회가 요구하는 융복합인재 양성의 목표와 학생중심의 교육패러다임으로 플립러닝에 대한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 추세는 뷰티관련 대학에서도 융복합인재양성을 위해 플립러닝 수업모형설계 및 수업에 미치는 영향에 대한 관심이 제기되고 있다. 이렇듯 플립러닝을 기반으로 한 연구의 필요성이 증대되는 현시점에서 플립러닝을 적용한 헤어전공과목의 연구는 수업모형 외 학습자에게 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 헤어분야가 아닌 타 전공 분야의 최근 3년간의 플립러닝 수업의 학습효과 관련 논문을 분석한 결과 학습동기와 학습몰입에 대한 연구가 중복되어 활발히 발전되고 있었었으며, 이에 플립러닝을 적용한 헤어스타일연출 수업에서 학습자에게 미치는 효과를 학습동기와 학습몰입으로 나누어 살펴볼 필요성을 제기하였다.
이에 본 연구는 플립러닝을 적용한 헤어스타일연출 수업 미치는 영향에 대한 연구로 플립러닝의 개념과 배경, 특징, 헤어스타일연출의 이해와 수업 내용체계를 고찰하였다. 연구대상은 K대학의 헤어스타일연출과목을 수강하는 31명을 대상으로 2018년3월~6월까지 강의식과 플립러닝을 적용한 수업으로 나누어 진행하였으며, 수업 종료 후 학습몰입도와 학습동기에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였다.
그 결과 학습 몰입도에 있어 플립러닝수업은 기존수업에 비해 효과가 더 높게 나타났으며, 학습몰입의 하위요소중 인지적 몰입보다 정의적 몰입이 더 높게 나타났다. 학습 동기는 플립러닝수업이 강의식수업보다 더 높게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 하위요소로는 주의력과 관찰력, 자신감, 만족감중 만족감이 가장 높게 나타났다.
이렇듯 뷰티관련 교육기관에서는 융복합인재양성을 위해 플립러닝을 적용한 다양한 헤어과목의 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 다양한 디자인 응용능력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 플립러닝을 헤어스타일연출 수업에 적용한 후 학습자의 학습몰입도와 학습동기에 대한 효과를 규명 하고자 한다. 또한, 뷰티분야에서 효과적인 학습 전략과 교육 개선을 위한 의미있는 기초자료가 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

In the present educational field, research on flip learning is increasing due to the goal of cultivating the fusion talents required by the society and the student - centered education paradigm.
This tendency is attracting attention to the effect of the flip learning instruction model design and the lesson in the beauty college in order to nurture the fusion talented person.
In the present study, it was found that there is no study on the effect of flip learning on the subjects of lectures except lecture model. As a result of analyzing the study effect of the learning effect of the flip learning lesson of the last 3 years in the field of non - hair division, the research on learning motivation and learning commitment was actively developed, The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of flip learning on students` learner motivation and learning commitment.
Therefore, this study investigated the influence of flip learning on the effect of the hairstyle presentation class, and studied the concept, background, feature, understanding of hairstyle and instructional content system of flip learning.
The subjects of this study were 31 students who took a hair style course at K university and divided into lecture and flip learning classes from March to June 2018. After the end of the class, As a result, the classes with flipped learning showed better outcomes than the lecture type classes in terms of level of learning engagement, demonstrating higher definition engagement rather than cognitive engagement for the sub-elements. With respect to the learning motivation, it showed significantly higher outcomes in flipped learning classes than in lecture type classes. For the sub-elements out of attention, observation power, self-confidence, and satisfaction level, satisfaction level showed the highest. As such, it is necessary for the educational institutions on beauty to study on a variety of subjects applying flipped learning that enhances self-directed learning to develop the creative talents. Also, the developments of class model for more educational outcomes are anticipated suggesting the needs of comparative studies on the effective learning factors and outcomes by case analyses of subjects in other majors. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of flip learning on student`s learning commitment and learning motivation after applied to hair style directing class which can improve various design application ability. Also, it suggests that it can be a meaningful basic data for effective learning strategy and education improvement in the field of beauty.
